Transforming the company culture and structure to a more agile way of working, adapted to the rapidly changing automotive industry.

Problem

Getting everyone in the company facing the same direction is difficult, because of the vastly differing realities of 200.000 team-members across 150 countries and varying departments, locations, roles and hierarchies.

Insight

The team-members are particularly proud of their company and it’s rich history, so involving them in shaping it’s future makes them feel motivated.

Solution

Through an interactive learning application for all employees, personalised to location, department and role, each employee could learn about the 8 new company principles in a fun and gamified way. As employees got rewarded for engagement by visibility and mentoring roles amongst their peers, local events and gifts, high engagement was ensured.

Result

Beyond delivering the awareness and knowledge of the new working style, the interactive application brought involvement, commitment and enthusiasm about the topic, ensuring rapid and successful adoption throughout the company.
