Problem
The market is overcrowded with unsuccessful event apps. Potential launching clients and investors are unable to differentiate between them.
Insight
While many event apps offer the same features, the customer journey of the Close app makes it stand out clearly.
Solution
Visualising the seamless customer journey of the Close app by showing an actual person using it (ticket, practical info, upsells and hyper-personalised branded communication and push notifications in one place), compared to the “old way” (a PDF ticket in an email and other communication spread out across unopened emails, website FAQ’s and socials) clarified Close’s distinct value.
Result
A successful launch with international A-list clients across event types sports, music and theater and €3m of seed funding from reputable investors.
